# Sovereignty Monitor public endpoint

Read-only JSON over the European Sovereignty Monitor data (sovereigntymonitor.eu): the stack map, the sovereign-euro ledger, Horizon Europe grants from CORDIS, and the regulation timeline. No login. Data CC BY 4.0; grants data from CORDIS, European Union.

- Every claim on the Sovereignty Monitor is graded Verified or Reported, and every entry states what it does not test.
- Horizon Europe money is contracted, not disbursed; a grant is not a product; consortium co-membership is not partnership.
- The ledger records where the sovereign euro lands, under named tests; a case passing one test can fail another.
